HISTORY OF FAITH BIBLE COLLEGE
Faith Bible College was originally affiliated with Central Christian University of Blytheville, Arkansas, formerly known as "Lagos Bible College"of Jacksonville, FL. The College was formally known as Baltimore by Faith Bible College during 1991-1992.

Baltimore by Faith Bible College was disassociated with Central Christian University in 1993. The college was then re-established under the umbrella of J.B. Outreach Ministries, a non-profit organization formed by Dr. James Otis Bivins. Thus, the name was changed from Baltimore by Faith Bible College to Faith Bible College in 1994.

Dr. Bivins pursued a vision to establish a Bible College that would be accessible, affordable and accommodating to anyone who with a sincere desire to know the Word of God. He perceives that many people are limited in their ministry because of their educational background and lack of credentials on paper.

Faith Bible College is designed to be a useful tool to assist those in the ministry who are aspiring to do great things for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

There were many obstacles in the establishing of Faith Bible College, but by faith they were overcome. In December 1994, Faith Bible College was certified as a degree granting institution by the State of Maryland and recognized as such by the Higher Education Commission of the State of Maryland.

There are presently four campuses operating:

1). (Faith Bible College) Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. J. Otis Bivins

2). Woodbine, Georgia (Refreshing Faith Bible College)  Dr. Erta Livingston: Branch Campus President, & Vice President Of "Faith Bible College" of Baltimore);

3). Yulee, FL. (Apostolic Dimension Training Institute), Dr.Ludine B. Pinkney; 

 4). (New Spirit Theological Bible College); Dr. Wilhelmena Gilbert, Jacksonville, FL. 

5). Bishop, Williams: Brunswick, GA
